Our professional house soft wash is designed to safely clean the exterior of your home and remove dirt, grime, mould, algae, organic growth and cobwebs. We clean suitable exterior surfaces including cladding, eaves, soffits, fascias, exterior guttering, doors and frames. We use a professional low pressure soft washing process rather than relying on damaging high pressure water blasting. Before applying our cleaning solution, we carefully pre wet surrounding areas. Once the solution has had time to work, the exterior is thoroughly rinsed, leaving your home looking fresh and clean.

Soft washing is specifically designed to clean exterior surfaces using low pressure rather than aggressive high pressure water blasting. Guardian Wash uses professional cleaning solutions and controlled low pressure application methods suited to the surface being cleaned. We assess the condition of the property before cleaning and take extra care around delicate, aged or damaged surfaces.

A roof treatment is designed to kill and control organic growth such as moss, mould, algae and lichen. The treatment is professionally applied across the roof surface and continues working after we leave the property. Rather than aggressively blasting growth from the roof, the treatment kills the organic growth and allows the remaining material to naturally break down and weather away over time. This provides a safer approach for many roofing surfaces while helping keep the roof cleaner for longer.

Roof treatments are not designed to produce an instant cosmetic result. The treatment begins working on organic growth after application, but visible improvement happens progressively as the dead moss, algae and lichen naturally break down and weather away. Results can become noticeable within the following weeks, while heavier growth and lichen may take several months to fully disappear. Depending on the roof condition, the full treatment process can continue working for approximately 6 to 12 months.

Light rain will not necessarily stop many of our exterior cleaning services. House washing and gutter cleaning can often still be completed in suitable wet conditions. However, some services and treatments require appropriate weather conditions to achieve the best result. We monitor the weather before scheduled work and will contact you if conditions mean your service needs to be rescheduled.

In most cases, you do not need to be home while Guardian Wash completes your exterior cleaning service. As long as we have safe access to the areas being cleaned and any necessary gates, water connections or other access requirements have been arranged beforehand, we can complete the work while you are away. We will communicate any specific requirements with you before your booking.
